What does the renewal price guarantee cover?
It covers Leftright’s service fee when you renew a recurring service on the same service scope or pricing tier. Your initial service fee is maintained or reduced, with no automatic annual increase from us.
How long has this guarantee been in place?
We introduced it in 2020, and it remains valid in 2026. Unless otherwise specified, we expect the guarantee to continue indefinitely. You can read the original published commitment.
Which services does the guarantee apply to?
The guarantee applies to recurring services renewed with Leftright, on the same scope or pricing tier. It is about the ongoing service fee, rather than a one-off transaction. Our pricing and services page sets out the available packages and inclusions.
What happens if government filing fees increase?
If an applicable government fee increases, your price may increase by the same external amount. We will let you know in advance when there is a known increase. This does not create an automatic increase in Leftright’s own service fee.
What if my service scope or pricing tier changes?
The lock applies to the same service scope or pricing tier. A different scope or tier is a different pricing basis, rather than a like-for-like renewal. Ask us to explain the scope and fee when your requirements change.
Can my renewal service fee be lower?
Yes. Our commitment is to maintain or reduce the original service fee. A reduction is possible, but it is not a promise of an automatic discount at every renewal.
Is this only a first-year promotion?
No. The guarantee is designed to avoid a low introductory service fee being replaced with a higher fee at renewal for the same scope or pricing tier.
Are government filing fees included in the displayed price?
Applicable government filing charges are included in displayed prices unless stated otherwise. Keeping government-fee changes separate from the guarantee does not mean they are automatically an extra charge on top of the displayed price.
