Our office at Singapore Shopping Centre is staffed on working days from 9am to 5pm and can be used as your company’s registered office and business correspondence address. Incoming mail is received by our team before we alert you.

After checkout, we’ll email you with the Business Profile and setup information we need. Once the service is confirmed, you can start using the address for correspondence.
If this is an existing company, its registered office address and office hours must be updated with ACRA within 14 days of the change. If we are your company secretary, we can handle that filing for you.

Yes. The service provides a Singapore registered office address for your company, and the same address can also be used for business correspondence.
What is the difference between a registered office and a business address?
Your registered office is the statutory Singapore address recorded with ACRA. It does not have to be where the company carries out its day-to-day operations. A business address is the address you choose to use on correspondence and other business materials. This package covers both uses at the same location.

Checkout online and send us your ACRA Business Profile. We use it to complete the setup and confirm the address arrangement.
What is included in the $245 yearly fee?
The annual fee covers the registered/business address, mail and parcel receipt, mail alerts, collection during working days and receptionist handling for address-related enquiries.
Are there setup charges or hidden costs?
No setup charge is added to the annual virtual office fee. Optional services such as a day pass, meeting room, mail forwarding or scanning are charged separately when requested.
Is office space included?
No. This is primarily an address and mail-handling service. A day pass is available at $55 per day, and meeting rooms can be arranged on request.
How do I cancel or decide not to renew?
The service runs for one year. Before the end of the term, we contact you about renewal so you can decide whether to continue or terminate the service.
