First time applicant

You must not have previously signed up for any start digital services or packages. This must be your first time.

Local registered SMEs only

You must be a registered entity (Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, or Company) with a valid UEN issued by ACRA in Singapore.

Your entity have at least 30% local shareholding, sales turnover of less than $100m and have less than 200 employees.

What is Start Digital?

Start Digital is an initiative by led, and supported by the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) and Enterprise Singapore. The purpose of Start Digital is to encourage businesses to adopt digital solutions to help increase their growth and productivity.

This is done through direct subsidization of pre-approved solutions – which would help businesses defray the initial setup costs for up to 1 year.

How does Leftright Corporate help?

With the subsidy of digital solutions such as Xero, the cost savings are carried forward to our service fees.

As such, in collaboration with the local banks and Xero, we are able to assist with the adopting of pre-selected start digital solutions as well as provide our accounting and company secretary services at a reduced rate.

Why is there a different pricing for OCBC banking customers, compared with the other banks?

This is largely because, the cost of the digital solution (Xero) is subsidized for a subscription period of 12 months for OCBC banking customers; whereas customers from other banks only receive 6 months of subsidy.

What services are included?

Essentially, our start digital service package is our complete compliance and accounting service – at a subsidized price. We are able to offer a lower rate, due to the Start Digital initiative, which helps eligible businesses defray the initial subscription costs of digital solutions like Xero and Talenox for up to 12 months.

In addition to Company Secretary services, all associated filings such as annual returns, ECI, Form C/C-S as well as your bookkeeping are also included. It is a complete accounting solution for your business at a fair and transparent price.
