Complete your payment

Finish checkout securely. You do not need passport scans, company names or a CV ready before you pay.

Check your email

An acknowledgement email arrives with the onboarding forms and the document list: two or three proposed company names, passport biodata pages, proof of address and your CV.

We incorporate the company

Name reserved with ACRA, the constitution and registration forms prepared for signature, and our nominee director appointed so the company meets section 145 from day one. In most cases it is registered the same day your signed forms come back.

We file your Employment Pass

The application goes to MOM with your salary, role and qualifications, and we handle every query they raise. Most applications are processed or updated within 10 business days.

One fee, two filings. The company is usually registered the same day your signed forms come back. The Employment Pass is the part that takes real time, and we handle it with MOM end to end. The nominee director stays on your register until your pass is issued, and you take the seat once it is. After the first year the company secretary renews at $328 a year; nothing else in this package recurs. Bookkeeping, unaudited financial statements and corporate tax are quoted separately.
