KYC and name reservation

We run KYC on the owners and directors, check your company name and file the reservation with ACRA. Any security deposit is assessed case by case and confirmed at this stage.

You are incorporated

We complete registration, appoint your nominee director and company secretary, and hand over your post-incorporation documents.
