Complete your payment

Finish checkout securely. You do not need your documents to hand before you pay.

Check your email

Receive an acknowledgement email listing what we need: two or three proposed business names in order of preference, a short description of what the business does, your NRIC or passport details, and the address you want to register.

We check the name and prepare the forms

We run your proposed name against ACRA’s register and reserve it, then prepare the registration form and the declaration of compliance and statement of non-disqualification for you to sign. ACRA also requires your MediSave contributions to be up to date, or under an instalment plan, before a name can be reserved.

Your business is registered

Once the name is approved and the form is signed we file with ACRA, in most cases the same day, and send you the notice of registration, your UEN and the ACRA business profile.

One fee for the whole registration, with the ACRA charges already inside it. There is no GST, and nothing is billed after your business is live.

One fee now, one renewal later. The $350 registers your business for one year. After that ACRA charges $30 to renew it for a year or $90 for three, paid to them directly when it falls due. Your business needs a Singapore address, and a home address only works with HDB or URA approval — our registered address service is $245 a year if you would rather not use your own. Bookkeeping and your own income tax filing are quoted separately.
